Behind every dish at Bang Bang Bangkok is Chef Ram, a quiet force with a deep love for Thai food and the stories it tells.
A finalist on MasterChef Thailand 2019 and a participant in the Washoku World Challenge 2022, Chef Ram doesn’t chase the spotlight — he lets his food speak for itself. His journey has taken him from humble beginnings to international kitchens, but his heart has always remained close to the flavours of home.
With every dish, Chef Ram shares a piece of his story — rooted in tradition, elevated by skill, and driven by a lifelong passion for cooking. At Bang Bang Bangkok, he invites you to experience Thai and international cuisine the way he sees it: soulful, respectful, and full of life.

Meet Our Head Chef — Chef P.K
Chef P.K’s passion for cooking began in childhood, watching family meals come to life with warmth and care. Though his career first led him through different paths, it was the kitchen that truly felt like home.
Driven by a quiet determination, he trained himself through constant practice and curiosity. His journey was transformed when he began working with Executive Chef Ram Sarakom—gaining new inspiration, creative freedom, and a deeper understanding of food as storytelling.
Today, Chef P.K leads our kitchen with heart, skill, and the same childlike wonder that first drew him to the stove.
